 Using Pulseaudio with a USB device I frequently get dmesg like:
 cannot submit datapipe for urb 0, error -28: not enough bandwidth

 after which Pulseaudio goes to 100% CPU utilization and stays there. The
 way to get the process to behave again is to kill it.
