#901: slow memory leak in pavucontrol

---------------------------+------------------------------------------------
Pavucontrol slowly leaks memory as streams are created and destroyed while
 pavucontrol is open.

 First noticed with http://www.mojang.com/notch/ld12/breaking/ - a java
game with no soundtrack and frequent event sounds (at least with
 java-1.6.0-openjdk-plugin-1.6.0.0-48.1.8.4.fc13.x86_64,
java-1.6.0-openjdk-1.6.0-51.1.9.5.fc16.x86_64 seems to be better behaved).

After a bit more investigation, I found that this leak is easy to
reproduce - run "while true; do paplay /usr/share/sounds/KDE-Sys-Log-
Out.ogg; done" and watch memory use grow with smem.

The memory is not reclaimed when the spammy loop is killed.
