 I have installed both Ubuntu/Mint 10.10. Whenever I update them after a
 new installation, the sound output starts coming out as a hissing
 sound/static sound. Like someone increased the volume too high. The actual
 sound is there, but barely, as the most part of the sound is the hissing.
 I deselected the pulse updates once, and then updated, still got the same
 problem.
 Is this related to the PulseAudio system, or is it a fault of other
 components that are being updated?
