 No,it is PA who is using jack.I configured pulseaudio to output to jack
 using the jack-sink module.

 I think the problem is in the communication with rtkit via dbus.Because
 when started with --realtime=0,everything is fine.

 Maybe pulseaudio's use of dbus isn't thread safe?
