Comment(by murz):

 I add "load-module module-bluetooth-discover" string from default.pa to
 system.pa, so it must be loaded normally.

 How I can look which modules are loaded? pacmd command didn't see
 pulseaudio server if it running as system-wide instance, and I can't find
 any options for pacmd command.

 I'll very happy if you help me and tell how I can do the dirty fix for
 myself, I can test it and report results.
