 I switched to oss with
 load-module module-oss-mmap device="/dev/dsp" sink_name=output
 source_name=input
 in default.pa and now at least i can switch between speakers and
 headphones as I did in pure alsa. I wrote script for that
 https://gist.github.com/1015578

 with load-module module-oss device="/dev/dsp" sink_name=output
 source_name=input string it clicks and lags.
