#952: Negative delay in module-tunnel.c

In module-tunnel.c in the function stream_get_latency_callback(), if
transport_usec is too high, delay can become negative. I had this happen
when the clocks of two machines were about half a second apart.
A negative delay seems to severely mess up the timing mechanisms.

I could use some pointers about what a good fix is, should pulse be able
to handle a negative delay or should delay never become negative?
