The difference between disabling "IEC958" and "IEC958 Optical Raw" is that the
former is far more widely used, so bigger impact is to be expected.

Can you verify that all digital output profiles have ports that turn this
element on?

Also I'm thinking about the digital input + analog output combination, but I'm
not sure whether that is something to worry about.
