Is the crash a segfault or an assertion crash or something else? At least the
attached log doesn't show any assertion message... If it's a segfault, please
install the debug symbols and run pulseaudio under gdb as instructed at
http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/PulseAudio/Documentation/User/Community
