When I opened Gnome's Sound Settings, Pulseaudio died after a short while. I
had Pulseaudio running in gdb, so I have the log, but Pulseaudio was killed by
the kernel so there's no backtrace. Here's the log, starting from
gnome-control-center connecting:

I have tried reproducing this by opening and closing the sound settings for a
few times, but no luck yet.
