Sorry for delay in replying...

Could you attach a verbose pulseaudio log? While capturing the log, change the
headset profile to A2DP and try to play something. Instructions for getting the
log are here: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/PulseAudio/Log

What version of pulseaudio do you use?
