seem jack detection problem as headphone is changing from "plugged in" to
"unplugged" 

you should check the front audio panel connector of the motherboard and your
computer chassis front audio panel

the alternative is to set Misc = NO_PRESENCE (bit 8) of pin default of the
headphone node by hda-verb or hdajackretask
