Raymond, I'm not sure from your comments above if you require more information.

Can you clarify if there's any additional data you'd like me to collect or
tests that I can carry out to help fix this bug?

A fix for this bug should result in volume controls for LX-3000 headsets
working as expected out of the box, with smooth volume adjustments between 0%
and 100% volume.
