To repeat the bug should:
1. If shift the balance between the output channels in the the left direction
by 50%.
2. Try typing the command
pactl set-sink-volume 0 -- -10%
pactl set-sink-volume 0 +10%

As a result, +10 will be decreased volume! Just when shifted the balance of the
channels may be other unexpected results adjustment of the sound.
