Hi,

I have reformatted all the patches and uploaded to this `raop2-for-merge`
branch.

Now it is supposed to support both TCP/UDP protocols.
Because I don't have any TCP devices (e.g. old Airport Express?), I would be
very happy if someone could test it on TCP devices.

I'll later update the instruction to use it.
