An SSH account is mainly relevant if you want to get commit access to some
freedesktop.org project. For PulseAudio, commit access is restricted to the
project maintainers.

If you only need write access to the wiki, you can send me the desired user
name and password by email (tanuk at iki.fi). If you don't want me to know your
password, you can follow the instructions here:
