Start and end 50 lines from log from alsa-time-test

When a notification is played by skype, the speaker starts a loud buzzing and
does not finish. I've run the alsa-time-test.c program, from
http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/PulseAudio/Backends/ALSA/BrokenDrivers/,
which fails with:
