this cannot be solved by pulseaudio in user space, 

there are some laptop (e.g. DELL alienware) which have headset, hp and Mic
jacks

only driver know which one is headphone or headset if you want to enable auto
Mic with internal Mic, headset Mic, dock mic or dock headset mic
