I do not think it is a problem of CPU power. The CPU, in theory, must process
the same information with both the kernel (3.12.25+ 3.12.29+). What then is
burdening the CPU with the kernel 3.12.29+? Which other process was introduced
after the version 3.12.25+ of the kernel?
