Reconnect did not help. But after restarting bluetoothd, removing the coupling
with the HSB7000 and recouple, pulseaudio is now able to switch to HSP/HFP and
the input device occurs (and works … I did a successful Skype test call).

So it seems to me that it could be a bluez problem. I will try bluez 5.24
instead of bluez 5.21.
