Okay, obviously I am stuck to HSP/HFP now. When trying to switch to A2DP via
pavucontrol:

W: [pulseaudio] module-bluez5-device.c: Refused to switch profile to a2dp_sink:
Not connected

After a bluez restart switching between profiles works again.
