Since this is a regression, I'm making this a release blocker.

I'm also changing the status to NEEDINFO, because we really need those logs to
be able to do anything. So Mark and Richard, could you please get the logs as
instructed at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/PulseAudio/Log ?
