you need to ask David whether he has ppa for pulseaudio with lfe filter



AFAIK, Ubuntu 15.10 alpha pulseaudio has LFE filter BUT  it is quite unstable
and not suitable for any production computer (numerous bug cannot unlock screen
saver )
