those pulseaudio client can only connect to pulseaudio server

it is unlikely to change all application to use jackd instead of pulseaudio

as pulseaudio server is still running but only release one card to jackd


if pulseaudio can be start and shutdown by systemd as a service, this mean
pulseaudio should not auto spwan
