first mono playback (100% -> 95% -> 100%)

pulseaudio log during mono playback / mixer setting:

# 10:14:00: aplay test.wav at 
# 10:14:20: change volume of aplay stream from 100% to below 100% (2-3 steps,
one step per second)
# 10:14:40: change volume of aplay stream back to 100%
# 10:14:43: end of playback
