is this usb audio device a high speed/full speed device ?

if application is allowed to select period time 1.33ms, the driver should
ensure the number of packets lower or equal to period time, i.e. time diff
should not be 2ms ,at leaset force the application to use more than two periods
so that in average is still equal to 1.33ms

it is bug of driver to allow the application to select 1.33ms when all time
diff are higher than period time as
underrun always happen in this case
