If I do logout and login (I use mdm but it doesn't matter) - Pulse audio will
not recognize any device except motherboard audio. If I run pulseaudio -k - I
will see my USB headphones and HDMI udio device.
Linux Mint 17.1 XFCE kernel 3.16 Pulseaudio 4.0
