Bug ID: 92635
Summary: API no longer delivers a value over 100% for volume
level
Product: PulseAudio
Version: unspecified
Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
OS: Linux (All)
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: clients
Assignee: pulseaudio-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
Reporter: git at y2kbugger.com
QA Contact: pulseaudio-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
CC: lennart at poettering.net
API no longer send back the correct values for when volume is set to over 100%.
The volume still increase but it gets stuck displaying 100%.
I am really happy with 7 overall though. My outputs haven't randomly turned
into dummy outputs like they used to, requiring a reboot.
The issue occurs with PA7, but the maintainer for i3status (toolbar displaying
volume) is unable to reproduce on PA5
https://github.com/i3/i3status/issues/79
And here is where the api is being accessed:
