I tested the first three patches on PulseAudio 7.1 (Fedora 23), and they work!
I configured Zoiper to use the echo canceling module via PULSE_PROP, and with
the first three patches above, the Zoiper audio stream continues perfectly when
changing the card profile. I don't notice any negative effects of applying the
patch.
