Thanks. Indeed it is a sloppy BIOS vendor or motherboard manufacturer, who
thinks you have both an internal speaker and an internal mic. They even left
the "Manufacturer" field empty...
So, my recommendation remains: first use hda-jack-retask to disable what you
don't have, reboot, and test that it in fact resolves this issue.
I can submit a patch to upstream ALSA for you that will remove speaker and mic
for everyone with this motherboard (unless you want to do it yourself), but
then you need to check that there is no pin header on the motherboard, which
you can actually connect such a speaker or mic.
