Can you verify whether or not PulseAudio get RT priority? If you make a
pulseaudio verbose log like this: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/PulseAudio/Log

You can attach the entire file here, but look for message saying e g
"Realtimekit worked".

Anyhow - 2 seconds is *a lot* of scheduling delay. It should be enough for you
to notice e g mouse arrow not moving (if that's applicable) during those
seconds.
