I can't reproduce this, so we need a backtrace. Here are instructions:
Run "gdb --args pulseaudio -vv".
A command prompt appears, enter "run".
Make pulseaudio crash.
In the gdb prompt, enter "thread apply all bt full".
Copy the output and attach it to this bug.
"quit" in the gdb prompt will exit gdb.
Since this is a crash bug, I'm marking this as a release blocker.
