Bug ID: 103445
Summary: add channel_map shell argument to
module-jackdbus-detect
Product: PulseAudio
Version: unspecified
Hardware: All
OS: Linux (All)
Status: NEW
Severity: enhancement
Priority: medium
Component: modules
Assignee: pulseaudio-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
Reporter: miguel.negrao at friendlyvirus.org

I have a 4.1 surround setup (no front speaker). I would like to be able to pass
a channel_map to module-jack-sink from module-jackdbus-detect, so that when
jack is started module-jack-sink is started with the correct channel_map.
Currently module-jackdbus-detect only forwards the 'channels' parameter:
module-jackdbus-detect.c
110: args = pa_sprintf_malloc("connect=%s channels=%" PRIu32,
pa_yes_no(u->autoconnect_ports), u->channels);
