Oh, you are right, sorry :D
The symptoms are:
When switching the headset to hsp/hfp mode using pavucontrol, a new capture
device appears in pulseaudio. But the signal meter in pavucontrol does not show
any amplitude. Furthermore, when trying to record from this capture device for
example using Audacity, the stream seams to be stuck.
