I noticed the same bug in my system ( Ubuntu 14.04.5) while I was trying to
set up pulseaudio server in Windows 10 over the local network. In my case
network flooding occurs whenever I launch pavucontrol, upload traffics reaches
up to 200kb/s and it reduced the local network unusable. When I close it the
network attack diminishes.
I added `unload-module module-rtp-send` into `/etc/pulse/default.pa` to
workaround the bug.
