Detailed info from lspci -v: >Multimedia audio controller: Creative Labs EMU10k2/CA0100/CA0102/CA10200 [Sound Blaster Audigy Series] (rev 03) >Subsystem: Creative Labs CT0090/SB0092 Audigy Player/OEM Changing volumes, regardless where, is causing a popping and crackling sound. I tested it without Pulseaudio and there were no crackling and popping noises during volume changes. I can provide more information if you tell me what you need.
