I'd like to put a TRANSLATORS_README.txt file in the po directory with some basic instructions. Can you confirm that this workflow works: Run "make pulseaudio.pot". Run "msgmerge fr.po pulseaudio.pot". Edit fr.po to add new translations or improve the old ones. Does the msgmerge command need any options? For example, "--update" and "--backup" seem potentially useful.
