<pre>When doing the same volume changes but ssing speex-float-1 instead of soxr-vhq
the system does not speed up but instead make crackling noise. I wonder if this
has anything to do with SoX having larger latency (correct?).
I will this is Ubuntu GNOME 17.04 and see if is a problem there too. Right now
I have been using OpenMandrive Lx 3 x86_64.</pre>
