<pre>To be clear, I'm not a part of Fedora nor of the French translation team.
I am just a simple user (like Yvan, I suppose) who wanted to correct some
mistakes in the current translation, and realized that the .po hasn't been
updated in 5 years and didn't know who was responsible. So I made a translation
and sent it to the last team who modified the .po (fedora).
I also do some translations on Transifex for other projects and it works well.
But I only have a translator's POV.
I also send code to other projects in the form of patches.
Imho, there is a clear problem of coordination. A lot of .po haven't been
updated since 2012. For what it's worth, I don't think a detailed authorship
tracking is that important in translations, if at all.</pre>
