commit f0432ce6aedca5956f6086824120bb03559e6534
Author: Chan-yeol Park <chanyeol.park at samsung.com>

bluetooth: Remove ipc.[ch] files in the bluetooth module

These files are remove in the bluez project.
In case of definitions in the ipc files
we could use defintions in the a2dp-codecs.h
