[pulseaudio-discuss] Configuring auth-less connections without paprefs?

Hello!

I want to use pulseaudio in a thin client setup, without
any graphical configuration on the pa server side.

Is there a way to get the same effect as 
"Enable network access" and "Don't require authentication"
by using only the configuration files? 

I did find the instructions in 
http://www.pulseaudio.org/wiki/SystemWideInstance
but I really want no auth, not just cookie auth as described
there.
