[pulseaudio-discuss] HELP REQUIRED: pre-emptive streams

Well I would really love to release a few patches for these areas, however
the company who is funding these changes and owns the copyright to the code
has not given me permission yet.  I don't quite know when it will be, but we
are committed to getting the changes upstream.
