[pulseaudio-discuss] alsa plugin vs. pulse

Actually, after a restart, 0.9.7-lennart does show the alsa speaker
device in pavumeter, just not the plugin from default.pa. Maybe it
drops out of the list because ctl_bluetooth is incomplete.
