[pulseaudio-discuss] [ANNOUNCE] PulseAudio 0.9.10

On my ubuntu 7.10 machine this translated into installing libcap-dev. 
Unfortunately I also had to do a ./configure and fresh make to have the 
change take effect. Then it compiled cleanly.

Now to install and configure it!
