[pulseaudio-discuss] pidgin seems to get it's connection hung up

I am note sure how pidgin plays event sounds these days. If they use
GStreamer they might simply keep pre-rolled pipelines around, which
will cause a stream to be created and kept around in PA.

Pidgin should be fixed to simply use libcanberra and not use anything else.
