I sort of have this working. I had a lot of trouble with seg faults
originally but I recompiled libasound2 and installed it and they went
away.
So how do you run speaker-test with this config so that I can check if
it is working? What is the device name?
This should be way easier to set up. Everyone who runs a SPDIF cable
into their stereo needs it.
