[pulseaudio-discuss] how to use module-bluetooth-discover?

From the source, bluetooth-discover captures " PropertyChanged" message from "org.bluez.Headset" to load Bluetooth-device. I setup my BT device by below steps:
	Hcitool cc xx.xx.xx.xx.xx
With dbus-monitor, I got no message from "org.bluez" so I doubt how the module discovers device. The Bluez stack I use is integrated one in FC9, need higher version to use?
