[pulseaudio-discuss] Probably a bug in 0.9.13

I'm not 100% sure yet, but it seems a little bug has slipped
into 0.9.13.
It was git commit ff6bb7acdada86635cb09530d4ba3f4147b008da.
A certain misbehavior suggests that conf->exit_idle_time
should be reset to -1, not 0.
