[pulseaudio-discuss] [MAINTAINERS!] pulseaudio needs udev-extras dependency

Maintainers,

not sure if I mentioned this already: it is highly recommended to add
a dependency on a recent udev-extras snapshot to your PA 0.9.15
package that includes the ALSA modules.

The pci-db/usb-db tools of udev-extras set a couple of device
properties that are then used by PA to augment the sink/source
properties.
