That would be a nightmare from the distro's perspective!

You cannot have it both ways: have a perfectly stable system and live
on the bleeding edge. So, either stick to stable releases of the
various distros, or use something like Fedora Rawhide were you get the
full set of updates unfiltered and as quickly as nowhere else.
